Attained this by doing full body 3x a week, and focusing on body recomposition that was optimized by high protein intake

Oh gotcha. Good job then. I would cut like 5 more pounds and then go on a slow bulk of 1.5 pounds per month.

Still pretty weak

My bench progressed from 90 to 170
Deadlift is 220 from 110
Squat is 220 from 130

Added point I can’t stress enough is the of the overhead press for deltoid development

I also benefited from noobie gains

You should've said in the opening post that left is the after

Body wise there is a subtle difference. Your lifts increasing like that was mostly a result of the newbie neural adaptations. More actual muscle gains will come in the following months. Keep going (y)
