Stinging nettle as a treatment for hair loss and balding is underrated in my opinion. This forum is happy to jump on drugs like fin at the first sound of the reapers steps, but I 90% beleive nettle could work for some people.

This fucking retarded rat study proves nothing and the hairguard dude is a well-known frauding cuckold in the hair loss community. I personally also believe that finasteride is a highly inefficient solution and the dosage of 1mg/daily is complete horseshit but the stinging nettle thing sounds like major cope. The most effective natural treatment is saw palmetto and its unlikely to change in the future tbh.
