Everyone here met the 80/20 rule, basically 20% are responsible for 80% of the results.
So taking that to looksmax, 20% of its characteristics are responsible for 80% of its ugliness.
Now let's give examples:

This guy just needed neckmax and a full beard

This guy needs leanmax and different hair

Tom cruise needed surgery and fixing his teeth

We can use this on women too, in this case it would be 1/99, what makes them attractive is the simple fact that they are women and not deformed

In short, you need only 20% to ascend
