I know a guy that looked good af and very young last year (at 38), but this year he has turned into an old man (age 39).

Im pretty sure he has used sunscreen, and while he was exercising a bit too much, I'm pretty sure he accelerated it by max a couple of years
There exists outliers, probably depending on your herritage and ethnicity (some nationalities lives naturally longer) but most are pretty average
So 37/38 is when a massive shift in appearance happen
But be free to cope cope, and be free to identify yourself as a teenager at 40
