I have never had skin issues before neither acne. After 3-4 months of being on finasteride I realized these dark spots started appearing all over my face.
I talked to a doctor and he suspects it’s probably the finasteride, and it has to do something with my kidney.
I stopped finasteride and minoxidil out of fear for sometime and the spots started fading but, I lost all my gains and had to go bald.
Hoped back on, and the spots came back ion know what to do. I’m thinking of using tretinoin on the spots. But I feel like I’m hurting my kidney in the process while on fin.
