Anybody else find electronics losing power when they are close by?

When I go past many lights traffic lights in particular they can just turn off and then act normal when I’m out of its vicinity. At first I thought this was in my head but the light only goes off when I specifically go close to it. This happens a lot and the arduous increases if I’m in deep thought or anxious/stressed.

I know this sounds retarded but I figured why not ask if anybody else finds devices and lights acting like this to them often
