Anybody else never had a growth spurt?

This is something ive always seen in movies a lot, the teen protagonist waking up and suddenly being taller and his clothes not fitting him and hes clumsy cause hes not used to his new body

is this real? ive always just grown at a snails pace and never noticed myself growing unless im looking at an old picture and i can see that i have grown with time

Me either, you also get the ones that have hardcore puberty and suddenly start looking like a man almost overnight. I just always look young and boyish but abit taller and with extra body hair
