Anyone familiar with Micro Raffaini level maxillofacial surgeons?

Micro Raffaini has some of the best maxillofacial outcomes I've seen. I would wait as long as I could to have that man do the honors and sculpt my face. He's in his 60s and I don't want the man to retire. Anyone familiar with maxillofacial surgeons of a similar level? Dr. Andreischev is okay but his results look better on men with a decent base to begin with.

Raffaini was the only surgeon I've seen who could successfully change someone's phenotype.

Unfortunately the only results I see online from him are female. Some guy on jawsurgeryforums said he consulted with him in person, and that his male results were nowhere near good as his female ones.

Sailer has one really good result but it's also female. He has one OK male result but he ended up making him look like a homosexual.

And only 1 of them was able to become average looking. Dr Sinn is the only guy in the US who can advance the zygomas forward.

I guess what we really need is a surgeon who has experience in portrait drawing or sculpting. Most of them don't know jack shit about facial aesthetics. They only focus on airway and improving cephalometric angles like SNA and SNB.

You also have to account for a person's starting base and male standards for looks are WAY higher. Conventional jaw surgery will not yield a massive benefit from a frontal profile unless the person in question got some degree of rotation and that's if they needed it (I.E. CCW to correct some downward growth of Maxilla/Mandible). Plus, factor in for lower third dimensions. You would need to do an Extended (Side) Chin Wing after the original Jaw surgery which is at least a year after for full healing to adjust for all three dimensions (Height and projection done from original Bimax and Side wing for width at the gonion area). For a woman, jaw width is not a contributing factor. Mainly just a visible jawline (not overtly angular) and a decently forward grown Maxilla. The bar is way lower, so makes sense why there are better female results. Plus, women go for more surgeries like DJS than men do. A quick YT search will yield the same result. There's like two dudes who have documented their recovery processes on there. Rest are all women.

I don't know why, but around a month ago there was a curry guy from the UK who visited Raffaini's office and he said the staff was initially polite towards him, but when they found out he was curry they started behaving very rudely, the doctor himself included. I would not want to be operated on by a surgeon who I felt was prejudiced towards me.


I also felt the same way with Dr. Gunson. His staff was initially polite but became rude when they saw what I looked like. Luckily I've never had a similar experience with other surgeons. LACOMS, etc. were all polite towards me.
