So in theory, if you directly train your weak posterior chain, shouldn't it result in you becoming taller? I read the posture guide and mostly a poor posture stems from muscle imbalances, specifically an anterior pelvic tilt. So by training your glutes, your Abs, your middle and lower traps, your rear delts and your neck flexors this should allow you to "grow" taller aka have a better posture
