Doesn't matter, anything in the 20-200w range works
I just found this advice on a skincare website: "The range that seems effective in studies is between 20 to 200 mW/cm², with 100 to 200 mW/cm² being more for infrared light treatment on deeper tissue, and 20 to 100 mW/cm² for red light on the skin"

So it seems like 100W is better than 200W for anti aging on face.

You realize theyre saying mW and not W right
Bro if you shine a 100w lamp on your face youre probably going blind in a matter of seconds
