But you know widen the chin is important only if your chin is square. if its round u will not see that much difference.

Square chin is aesthetic as fxck even not the wide ones

Yes extractions is necesarry sometimes for jaw surgery to setback the jaw then repositioned it with surgery

Because they have to create lip incompetance.

U can have lip competance, et non aligned jaw, in that case extraction is need to create lip incompetance to then reposition it

And if they do the surgery without extraction, the oclusion will be fine, but no lip competance

MSDO is not efficacious in application just get BSSO and if you want more width and square chin get a wraparound
