Gook surgeons claim that it adds 3-5mm of PFL to eyes and in theory, it's legit, I measured pixels of before and after on this pic, and it went from approximately 157 pixels to approximately 178 pixels.


But IRL examples of this surgery are so unimpressive, it looks like barely anything changed and the impressive transformation are usually just frauded with mascara and eyeliner.


Is there really no way to ascend gook eyes and make them less dysgenic?
