If you apply minoxidil to a spot that is balding like your hairline then no, however if you apply it to a spot that is trying to grow hair like your beard or eyebrows then yes.

i thought only beard can be permanent, I didn't know that eyelashes and eyebrows can be permanent too.

How did oral min effect u in terms of body hair and eyebrow hair growth? Thought of using it in a couple years if my hair starts getting worse but concerned about those sides.
