Did most exercises as negatives this week and most muscles hurt, meaning I achieved more muscle tear?

no, once incorporate new movement, muscles trying to adapt to it, do not necessarily mean they will grow. One of my biggest mistakes into believing that delayed onset muscle soreness means muscle growth.(damn so high iq)

Just lift bro. And don't make my mistake of bulking

muscle damage isn't conducive to muscle growth it's actually bad for hypertrophy

Just lift normally why do you think you just made some ground breaking discovery

Use negatives to get extra reps in. When you can’t do anymore regular reps just cheat on the concentric and slowly control the eccentric. You’ll make more progress. Also you can use negatives to build up to heavier weights faster when you’re at a plateau.

you cannot move big weight slow as long as your not swinging and you use good form you dont need it
