I've noticed a trend since around 2021 summer time,or even in 2015 because I remember telling my chinese friend about it.white women(all ages) are friendly,kind,smile,go out of their way to be nice ,I'm talking random strangers etc while ethnic women ignore me or even antagonize me/humiliate in public and or give me cold shoulders.I've experienced this general rule in both Europe(western,amsterdam and haarlem)and the USA in multiple neighbourhoods of varying political persuasions.
