I am 6'8 with 24-25 inch. But I am over wieght, I don't hold alot of fat in my arms and shoulders but still.

Because I didn't see your chart before, I thought that the average much Lower. And since I am tall, I thought thoes are Small shoulders for 6'8(considering the average is is 20) perhaps because I am used to cm, I didn't realize how much of a difference is 4-5 inch.
