I was struggling with my acne and ran across this video on my for you page saying Beef Tallow is “the best and most natural moisturizer” and will save my acne and I order sum and literally the first week of using it my acne stayed like shit and slowly got worse and worse, luckily I got a new moisturizer which quickly saved my skin and collagen. Would not recommend beef tallow for your skin.

tbh benzoyl peroxide + moisturizer is enough
