- higher reps work chest more. V high intensity (90+%) is tris. 5 rep sort of range is pointless imo cos will beat u up more unless ur total beginner.
- whatever amount of triceps work ur doing it is not enough.
- the grip width and touch point that makes ur forearm basically a straight line upwards, stretches pec most.
- use different bars to switch it up, some emphasise chest more than delts etc. in my experience a swiss bar gives best chest pump.
tldr don't be a power lift cel, train like a BBer and if u want strength just add a heavy single at the start. problem solved.
