There is a much better way to go about this, it would be better to use preacher curl machine to better load the bicep and more stability. exercise selection could be better for the triceps.

You didn't even mention how important your training intensity is, that's really what makes your arms bigger applied to all mentioned

nothing beats dips for triceps imo, works all heads better compared to tricep extensions or bench press

ambidextrously beat the meat regularly for bicep, reverse grip and beat for tricep; apply with jelqing periodically + edgemaxx. 12 sets per day.- Does this work?
