Did you find anyone else? So far I'm deciding between Frankel & this guy from Mexico who is also an Otolaryngologist. The second surgeon has great results (pm me). And Frankel charges $20k btw. Usually anything except the US is a no for me but this guy's results speak for themselves.

$20k is a rip off for rhino. Should cost much less than that; try $5-15K.
