Let's get straight into it

1. Pull Ups
2. Rack Pulls
3. Barbell Rows
4. Face Pulls
5. Bicep Curls
6. Farmers Walk
 
Pull ups and rows
 
i feel like face pulls do nothing
 
mine is:
plan 1 (monday):

Pullups
t-rows maschine
reverse butterfly
facepulls
one armed rows machine
shrugs
sz curls
one armed curls


plan 2: (friday)

Pullups
t rows standing
rows on machine
cable reverse butterfly
shrugs
biceps on cable tower
hammer curls
abs

i need a lot of rear delt and lower traps work cuz of shoulder injury
 
i feel like face pulls do nothing
need to do them different then, it takes a while to find the good spot

it should kill ur traps and rear delts if u find the right way

You niggas have some unnecessarily long workout, I do 1 - 2 compounds per day then like 2-3 isolation movements

It's sufficient but not enough for maximising actual upper back size, thickness, and mass.

Seems unnecessary to do like 5 compounds per day, just pick two and do 10% rule, meaning lift between 10-15 reps if u can do more than 15 up the weight by 10% and vice versa, and do the movement until your strength on that decreases by 10% compared to the first set, so you have no set amount of sets and reps it’s to failure but within a good rep range to maximise muscle building
