How long should you wait between bone smashing sessions. I've been going every other day to give a day of healing. Should I extent that to two days?

it depends: if you do light bonemashing you can bonemash twice a day everyday.
if your bonbemashing is hard (and you get red bruises) a rest day is legit

i've been doing it multiple times a day, around my chin and jaw area and I haven't taken rest days so far so good

You need to smash ur zygos, chin, whatever with i reckon like 1/3 of the force needed to cause legit fractures.

I tried this on one side of my chin and now i have a legit bone bump there.

Not swelling either the shit is still there 2 weeks later
