I might do Monday : Push and legsdesi black nigger. dosent matter. just experiment and see which one u like. u just gotta eat well and train to failure (8-12 reps). and drink lots of water and progressive overload
dont do push and pull. the reason for this is becuase in order to work the back and the chest muscles, you have you use the muscles on your limbs, your arms. so after you do your chest exercise, you have to do tricpes and shoulders, and since their already tired, you wont be able to get a good workout from targeting them. instead do chest back and arms.I might do Monday : Push and legs

Thursday: rest
friday : legs and push
saturday: abs
sunday: rest
