planning to go gym. brosplit or ppl split for natural lifter ?
 
desi black nigger. dosent matter. just experiment and see which one u like. u just gotta eat well and train to failure (8-12 reps). and drink lots of water and progressive overload

I might do Monday : Push and legs
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Pull
Thursday: rest
friday : legs and push
saturday: abs
sunday: rest

dont do push and pull. the reason for this is becuase in order to work the back and the chest muscles, you have you use the muscles on your limbs, your arms. so after you do your chest exercise, you have to do tricpes and shoulders, and since their already tired, you wont be able to get a good workout from targeting them. instead do chest back and arms.

I do ppl since you can hit all muscle groups 2 a week

both are for advanced lifters

go do a full body routine for 6-8 weeks and then go over to PPL as u can hit both muscle groups twice a week
 
Upper lower split tbh
