What is orbital decompression really for? Visually what difference would it make in the eye area?

well it physically sinks your eye more in the socket rather than building forward to have the illusion of deepset eyes

but if i dont have bug eye do i really need orbital decompression?

my under eyesupport is above average and my pfl is very good but my main problem is just UEE, so structural fat grafts are what i'm shooting for atm.

i do think supraorbital implants would be better though cuz it actually "fixes the problem"

Your eyes won't be deep set after these surgeries. I literally have no under eye support but my eyes still don't look extremely buggy.
