I think I've artificially changed the position of my lower jaw by mewing over the period of 2yrs, while it looks better I feel this jaw tension tightness I'm afraid I'll end up getting a blood clot or smth

I’m no doctor but I don’t see how mewing could be dangerous your training a muscle how is that any different than training any other muscle?

Salludon said he would hard mew for some time and rest of day medium mew which is still more pressure than most people do who mew all day aka light mew that doesn't do anything because not enough force. Will be hard finding the right balance.
