i have TMJ in one side of my jaw, that same side the gonion is pushed inwards towards my neck while the opposite side is more outwards, is this the fault of TMJ?

TMJ has nothing to do with gonions lol
all males have outward gonions unless you have some genetic abnormality or deformity. You probably have narrow gonions aka narrow jaw overall, not inward gonionsso is the inward gonion causing TMJ and not vise versa
