Can you manipulate your T for aesthetics or do your given aesthetics determine your T?

Went to london over spring break and went to a premier league game. I could see the guys warming up on the sidelines from pretty close, and I noticed that regardless of whatever else they looked like, they all had strong, defined jawlines no diddy

Is this a product of playing intense soccer for years through puberty or is it that since they have natural high T traits they were able to make it to the level theyre at?
