My List :
1. Body Fat Percentage (!) - Reach as low as possible BF% while maintaining healthy look and feeling (9-13%).
Achived with keto/carnivore diet - no need to count calories, balance your hormones !
2. Neck Size (!) -Train neck to be as big and thick as possble (aiming for 17-18 inches)
3. Tan (!) - Achieve medium sun tan skin tone (+face) keeping sun damage and photoaging to minimum.
4. Frame + Body (!) - Train proffesinlay in the gym to look as big and masculine as possbiel in clothes, and ripped without them.
5. Height (!) - Use eleveator shoes or height insoles to boost height. Combined with hair volume and height.
6. Haircut + Hairline (!) - Choose the best looking long-hair haicut for your face. If bald - reserch into hair system asap.
7. Skin + Collagen - Maintaining superb skin and collagen quality and elasticity, combined with acne free skin. Achieved with
carnivore/keto diet - with minumum or zero amount of carbs and high consuption of meat.
8. Eyebrows - Tinting to make them look darker and thicker.
9. Beard Stubble - Maintaining optimal beard stubble lengh and style.
10. Eye Wear - Choose best fitting sunglasses and eyeglasses if needed.
11. Teeth & Gums - Straighten your teeth, make them white and take care of smell. Use carnivore/keto to maintain
