Life is extremely precious. One moment you can be a tiktok prettyboy, the next you will be a dying subhuman nobody cares about. Of course I don't actually believe people's values are less if they are sick or unattractive, but that's how it is to society.
Take a look at this guy, he maybe looks slightly above average. But very sick, bad physqiue.
This same guy used to be a tiktok famous prettyboy. Nowadays, even the comments will admit that he is the "uglier" brother.
That's his completely healthy better looking brother.
Health is by far more important than looks. What will being HTN even do for the sick one? It's a horrible life in any case.
Just as Griffith who has lost the functions of his body and realized that his only possible life would be a quiet one where he didn't achieve anything, if you lose your health you lose your dream and your life.
This is why I would much rather have perfect health than anything else in this world.
