I have to drink coffee to not sleep at work, even though I get 8/7h of sleep each night.
The problem is that it gives me bad anxiety, I drink one in the morning and one after lunch (eating makes me sleepy, and not eating makes time pass slower and I can’t concentrate).
I’ll try to drink just 1 coffee at 10am and go the whole way until 5pm with it.
