I have seen this a lot with soyboys in their 30's, they never work out and still looks young

I do workout 3 days a week, I just know it's not healthy and is aging me faster.

I think it's worth the trade off for a nicer body.

Being in denial of what you're doing and it's side effects is not helpful.

How does it age you? It only becomes a problem if you overtrain. Excersising in healthy amounts is good for you. Promotes better blood circulation. You guys always think black and white.

I do agree with you to a certain extent. But going to the gym 4-6 times a week isn’t going to have a massive impact in terms of the aging process. Especially if you eat well, sleep good and keep your stress levels under control

no i onlt did for like 5 months and i was weak asf anyway max bench 140 pounds even after 6 months
