difference between infraorbital implants and cheekbone fillers

I wanna know what is the difference between those 2
 
totally different locations. one is eye orbital edges, the other is the malar cheekbone
 
do I need both??
look into infraorbital-malar implants by eppley, sounds like what you are looking for

they augment the orbital rim and also the cheekbone
