So I’m on day 6 of my leanmaxxing journey and I managed to cut out bread completely out of my diet, but fruit is my guilty pleasure and I eat a lot of it a day, is it secretly bloating me?

I don't think I've eaten a fruit since 2012

That's what we thought, but legends tell of an OBO-level IPD.
Not falling for the trolls anymore I have had my ipd measured and esr measured by experienced raters and they all said it was fine

Quite the opposite

doesnt matter eat fruits theyre good for you

no they dont

i think the good fruits have like the exact amount of macronutrients to cancel out bloating and shit. look at a fruit tier list and only eat S tier lmfao

You need to add bananas and you'll be good
Yeah might just be in my head but I look lean af after eating bananas, especially if I'm going low sodium aswell, great source of potassium

Here's a helpful little list I wrote the other day of foods that'll debloat you:

Drinks:

Coconut water (100ml)

Sodium: 28mg

Potassium: 196mg

*So high in potassium that Indians would force feed it to elderly/disabled people in the village to induce hypokalemia (potassium poisoning).

Orange Juice (100ml)

Sodium: 4.6mg

Potassium: 200mg

*Better potassium/sodium ratio than coconut water but double the calories.

Food:

Banana (100g)

Sodium: <1mg (negligable)

Potassium: 358mg

Baked potatoes (100g)

Sodium: <1mg (negligable)

Potassium: 535 mg

*High in carbs so be careful

Avocado (100g)

Sodium: <1mg (negligable)

Potassium: 196mg

Raisins (100g)

Sodium: 11mg

Potassium: 749mg

*Ultra high in potassium because they've been dried, so essentially compressing all the macros into a tiny amount. With this comes a very high sugar content so be careful.

Spinach (100g)

Sodium: 70mg

Potassium: 466mg

Chicken breast (100g)

Sodium: 65mg

Potassium: 255mg

Salmon (100g)

Sodium: 46mg

Potassium: 422mg

They’ll bloat your body but not your face.
