stretching is an exercise which improves muscle elasticity.
stretching does not change your bones.

No, they don't. You won't get taller. If you put rings on neck you will just push collar bone down. Not increase the spine length.

You can't lengthen your neck at all, at most you can just make it look longer by pushing your shoulders down like those fucking tribesmen who wear those neck ring things, but your height will be the same.

And if you way to make it even slimmer lose some muscle mass if you can afford to do so and happen to be roided up
