i am poor nigcel so i cannot afford xray

i have small fingers and wrists. does this mean i still have room to grow?

i just turned 17 btw and im 6'1.5

I am 6'1" 80kg with broad shoulders but pretty small wrists and closed growth plates. Not at all a sign you are still growing.

17 years old you still might have some in you though.

same my shoulders are broad but my fingers are small so i thought i wasnt fully dont growing

No, if that were the case then women with small fingers and wrists would likely have open growth plates. Also, your fingers and wrists are some of the first growth plates to close meaning it's likely over for those.

There is a good chance though that your clavicles still have open growth plates.

It meant the opposite for me

It means that it's over

Only way to know is by looking at your father's final height

he's 6'1 and im 6'1.5

but my father grew up in a civil war so maybe that stunted some of his growth
