Increases appetite, and helps with remaining leaner, remember the goal of a bulk is to put on muscle, not fat.
Then just go on a slight surplus and don't eat crazy amounts

Cardio is good, but doing it daily is an overkill.
 
cardio is extremely unhealthy and ages/stresses you for no reason
