but many v tall people don’t have good frame or don’t even bother trying to gym max since it’s hard to pack on muscle on such a long frame.

I agree there, but gymmaxxing improves frame no matter what people say, but rather than needing an extra 10lbs to fill out, tall people need 20.

6' isn't a bad height in North America so the physique is just a halo innit.
Sex appeal wise the taller the better but it really wouldn't matter much since most people are fat/soyed out in North America.
