Does Gymcelling have any other beneficial effects in puberty other than improving physique?

16 currently, turning 17 in April
Just wanted to know if gymcelling at this age would result in any other good things other than building body
Increasing test and facial bone growth? Possibly height growth?
 
-Increasing testosterone and HGH
-Strengthening the bones and making them grow as response to the stress (You'll have to train enough for this and from an early age)
-Improving overall health

Yeah, excercise and especially heavy lifting releases HGH and T.

idk bro I'm still a noob and have been considering lifting again recently. not too knowledgable on it.
Just do it then why do you have to ask questions about what effects it has? Look up a program and start lifting

No, thats an old myth pushed by people like Lee Priest even though his parents were also gigamanlet and womanlet, hes blamed weightlifting from time to time jfl
It originated by a flawed Chinese study that figures since kids who work often tend to be short, but it actually was only shown to occure in actual bone fractures
