No, but I dont do it because what it does to your brain chemistry is terrible. Its basically like a drug in that it provides a large rush of dopamine that shouldn't be so easily available. Based on my own experience. I have done an unscientific experiment of alternating between fapping 3+ a day for a week and being clean for a few weeks. Always during a fapping week I got those symptoms and they always healed when clean.

Never had sex but I assume it is just as tiring as masturbation minus the mental damage.
