Does mse really give you wide eyes?

So what does it do to the eyes? I dont want to fuck up my eye area but I want higher breathing capacity

are there any good before afters u know of? I saw one where it made a slight improvement then i saw a few youtube video interviews where the dudes become totally asymmetrical and almost look like they got smacked in the head with a baseball bat

I don't have before afters for mse eye changes but I feel mse isn't worth it only difference it makes in most cases is widening the nose and getting a gap in the teeth jfl
