19:30 took ranitidine and dph for nausea and stomach pain


20:30 dosing 3.5g paracetamol with 1.5g methianine, 420mg pseudo with an alpha blocker, 150mg dxm. like 18 pills jfl, but it made me feel amazing every other time so its worth it, good escape
