I get mine from powersupplements.nl or betterprotein on amazon.de

Yeah its protein drink. Its expensive but worth
I can imagine that it has additional 0.5l of shit in it. At least with whey I just take 25g and know that its almost 100%

there's some, casein is slow digesting, whey is fast digesting for example.

and a lot of brands amino spike their blends to make them appear like they've got better macros.

Whats your recommended creatine brand? And thoughts on gainers?

gainers will just gives you diarrhea, it's easy to make protein bars if you want to eat more.

this is the creatine I use, it's 18 euros per kilo.

no but it's just heating a few spoons of butter (like 4) with milk, adding marsh-mellows or some other kind of sweetener (chocolate also works) then dumping as much whey as possible in it to get it to stick together, then finally you take it off the fire and mix puffed rice, or puffed buckwheat, or cornflakes through it and bash it into a square pot and let it cool.

currently making some with cornflakes.
