Try to find some fruit or some potatoes or wheat in the wild, that shit is uneatable but all of you rotters never went outside ur big USA or Europian city so you have no contact with nature.
It is almost impossible to get carbohydrates in nature it is only possible to hunt some animal and eat it fresh raw, not even possible to cook it bcs other predators or other humans would steal your food in nature so we used to eat the same way cats or dogs did, fresh hunted animal raw and with speed so other predator doesnt catch up
