1. No alcohol or drugs.
2. No porn or fapping.
3. Limit social media.
4. Exercise 6 days a week.
5. Eat clean.
6. Plan my day every morning.
7. Meditate every morning.
8. Cold showers every morning.
9. Read 15 minutes a day minimum every night.

cortisol isnt always bad and in this case youre being exposed to a real threat that is cold and will make you more resilient to it

no pain no gain is legit in some cases and dumb in others, cold showers are good for you
