Whoever came up with this cope probably looks like this:
A negative canthal tilt is always a failo and never good or masculine looking.
Ideal is a neutral or in most cases actually a positive canthal tilt.
Almost every attractive man has a positive canthal tilt.
Here are some examples of aesthetic eye which all have PCT (what a Surprise

All these eye areas look masculine af.
Now let’s give them a NCT to see how it turns out:
Chico: (here it’s not even a NCT but a neutral one and it still looks cucked)
Drago:
Brutal descension. From hunter to preyish appearance just because of the NCT.
And stop coping with Hexum or other good looking men with NCT. They look good despite the NCT. And to be fair Hexums canthal tilt looks almost neutral and not that negative.
Give Hexum a PCT and he ascends:
A too high PCT on a man only becomes a problem if the eye area isn’t good (low pfl, roundish shape, UEE etc)
Elias de Poot has an insane high PCT but his eye area looks Dom af
Gandys PCT is similar high because of the downturned medial canthus and it looks Dom as well:
