Main formulation:

1500mg magnesium malate
1500mg sodium chloride or himalayan salt
750mg potassium citrate
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of collagen
1 glass of non tap water

For the sleep variant, increase magnesium by 1g and decrease sodium by 1g, don't put honey in

For the energy variant, double sodium, potassium, and honey

Why this shit works: contains 3 primary ions, Mg+, K+, and Na+, simple and quick absorption carbs (honey - low glycemic index, slower and more gradual rise in blood glucose levels than other sources, more energy stability and for longer, avoids energy dips) and protein from collagen (only lacks tryptophan to be a complete protein source)

I advise adding this into your morning routine since it fits best

wont the sodium bloat you? the ratio compared to potassium is kinda fucked no?

indeed but by adding too much potassium the sodium effect cancels out. cant have everything in life ig
