I put this up once before, but then deleted. So here it is again.
----

I put together a list of some features that have been mentioned (not saying this is a must) to be a part of what makes up a good eye anatomy.

Eye Area
• Eye Shape: Almond Eye Surgery
• High Palpebral Fissure Length: Lateral Lengthening Canthoplasty/Epicanthoplasty
• Hooded Eyes: Best addressed by Filler
• Good Orbitals: Orbital Rim Implants, Orbital Floor Implants
• Positive Canthal Tilt or at Least Neutral Tilt: Canthoplasty/Canthopexy
• Thick, Dark Eyelashes: Castor Oil, Vaseline, Coconut Oil, Tinting, Latisse
• Good IPD: Unfixable
• Straight, Thick, Dark Eyebrows (or small arch if it's positively tilted): Eyebrow Tinting, Latisse, Eyebrow Transplant

• Deep Set Eyes: Unfixable (orbital decompression?)
• Vertically Narrow: Lower Eyelid Retraction
• No Scleral Show (the white under your iris): Lower Eyelid Retraction
• Defined Medial Canthus: ?/Unfixable
• Low-Set Eyebrows: Botox
• Prominent Brow Ridge: unfixable/tricky (fillers? implants?)

Could you get brow ridge implant for deep set eyes?

Eyelash and eyebrowmaxxing is the only thing you can do

According to lookism users the megadosing of k2 mk4 would have effects on the browridge, as always, no proof...

I plan to try a megadose soon.

Doesn't sound too promising.
