I do 2 days of it, and 1 of eating like a normal human being (not like a fucking obese motherfucker guys, maintain control).
I'm losing weight quite fast with this, a little bit over 0'5kg of pure fat (mathematically speaking) for every 3 days. Much faster than your usual 500 calorie deficit

you're also losing significant amounts of muscle mass as well. 500 cal deficit might be slower but you lose less muscle while still losing fat

because drinking water and staying hydrated allows the body to flush under skin water retention

Say you're 25% body fat, that means you can get away with approximately a 1000 - 1500kcal deficit depending on your weight without losing significant muscle mass. Fasting means you're in a 2000-3000kcal deficit. You will lose muscle this way. Don't fall for the reddit soyboy memes. Fasting is not some magical shit that bends the laws of thermodynamics.
