How to fix this side profile, I think the maxilla is recessed and it’s grown downwards. Do I need Bimax or just lefort 1?

Elastics probably since it is quite minor. Looks like an underbite to me maybe your Ortho is schizo.

He said he needs to take teeth out for elastics. Maybe a segmental lefort 1 is better because it will fix overbite and widen palate as well ?

I need to get away from that orthodontist, he’s not even giving me my initial X-rays and models.

upper lip recession isn't always a bone issue, it can just be the skin and the lip on top of the bone.

Oh I never knew that. So are there any skeletal issues in my side profile. Ortho said overbite but it seems like the lower maxilla is flat or recessed ?

if your maxilla was recessed you'd see deeper nasolabial folds, you just have a thin upper lip.
