Muscle gains in 3 months and only if combined with anabolic steroids. 5 IU isn't enough for height probably as from the studies they dosed it according to bodyweight and the dosages were at least twice that. Kids produce a shit ton of HGH and the ones that need it need a lot. That is why I laugh when someone is trying to grow taller with peptides or sarms.
